TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully. They are regulating any transaction between MY LB GmbH (in what follows named “us” or “nasire”) and the buyer (in what follows named “you” or “buyer”). When you place an order with us you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions please contact us before placing an order.

Our prices and the delivery cost participation applied to your order may change from time to time. The current range of products and prices are displayed on our website.
The retail prices quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF), Euro (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) are inclusive value-added tax (VAT) and apply to all countries including Switzerland.
PORTRAYAL OF PRODUCTS
Every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Please note there may be colour variations dependant on the production batch and natural variations.
The presentation of the products in our online shop is not a binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation for the customer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a sales contract.
When you place an order with nasire, we send you an e-mail with a receipt confirming your order and listing the details (order confirmation).
In providing the goods for dispatch or by deliveries of the goods by the publisher, the sales contract is regarded as closed.
The availability of the desired product is subject to alterations at any time. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.
The goods are shipped properly packaged by courier to customers worldwide.
Orders placed on our website are processed once a week and we aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days. Once dispatched you should receive your items within 7 – 10 days. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
In case of a delivery from Switzerland or Morocco to destinations in other countries, additional costs may be incurred (customs, VAT, duty taxes or service charges) on the import into the destination country. These additional costs vary according to the local laws and regulations of the destination country as well as to the weight and value of the shipment and will be charged to the customer or the recipient receiving the goods.
RETURNS AND APPROVAL RETURNS
If you are unhappy and want to return a product, please notify us within 8 days of receiving your order at email@example.com and let us know why you would like to return the item.
If your return is approved, items must be returned in perfect and saleable condition together with the original packaging and we will offer you an exchange or refund depending on the nature of the return. The items return at the expense and risk of the customer. Returns must be sent to the address from which the delivery of the goods was carried out. I.e. the return address on the package or on the delivery note.
Please do not send the item back before you have contacted us. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. Please note that special orders and custom made orders can not be returned or refunded.
If a product arrives damaged, we will replace it, if you let us know the latest within 5 days from receipt of the product via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged goods. We will inform you how to proceed further with the damaged goods further. Please do not unsolicited send us goods back. Refunds or credits as a result of exchange or return due to damaged goods occur exclusively to the bank account or the PayPal account through which the payment was settled.
