Return Overview

If you order from stock, you benefit from a 14-day right of return. Custom-made items and special offers are excluded.

Free returns are only possible within Switzerland. Returns from outside Switzerland back to Switzerland may incur fees.

Shipping from Switzerland

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the address you provide. Shipping will be carried out by Swiss Post or another delivery service selected by MY BENI AG. You also have the option of picking up the items ordered in the online shop from our showroom. If you do not pick up the ordered and paid items within 7 days of the order date and have not contacted us in this regard, MY BENI AG is entitled to take the affected items back into stock and issue the customer with a corresponding credit note. In this case, the purchase price will be refunded and your previous right to receive the ordered items will expire.

The delivery times specified under "Shipping" are for reference purposes only and are therefore only approximate. Disruptions that are not caused by us or a company commissioned by us (such as logistics companies for contract fulfillment) can further delay delivery. We will inform you of such shipping disruptions as soon as we become aware of them. MY BENI AG is not liable for delivery delays caused by manufacturers, third parties or by force majeure.

For deliveries from Switzerland to countries outside the EU, additional costs may be incurred upon import into the destination country (customs, VAT, duties or service charges). These additional costs vary depending on the local laws and regulations of the destination country, as well as the weight and value of the shipment, and will be charged to the customer or the recipient of the goods.
CO2-neutral shipping

We take great care to ensure that our supply chains are as environmentally friendly as possible. To ensure this, we use the Swiss Post's "Pro Clima" shipping service for deliveries within Switzerland.

Delivery of custom-made products

Delivery times are stated on the product page and are 6-15 weeks, depending on the product type. Delays may occur in individual cases for custom-made products and special orders. After 30 days of delay that exceed the maximum time stated, you can withdraw from your purchase. Such withdrawal or cancellation on your part must be made in writing, either by email to hello@mybeni.com or by post to the following address: MY BENI AG, Grubenstrasse 38, 8045 Zurich.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract

After you have entered into a purchase agreement, you can cancel it until 7:00 a.m. the next day and get your money back.
