We are MY BENI, the number one brand for Moroccan carpets in the DACH region.
Great designers such as Le Corbusier, Charles and Ray Eames and Alvar Aalto have already appreciated the simplicity and comfort of the hand-knotted masterpieces and used them in their projects and living spaces. The original Berber carpets have been popular in architecture and design circles since the 1950s and are increasingly in demand among a broader, consciously consuming and aesthetically demanding clientele.
Manufacturing & Fair Trade
Each of our carpets is made by hand in Morocco according to ancient traditions and from natural virgin wool
The imperfections make the piece unique and distinguish it as an original from an industrially manufactured product. In one square meter of carpet there is not only a lot of wool, but also a lot of skill, time and dedication of the weavers from the Atlas Mountains. We at MY BENI attach great importance to ensuring that our products are produced fairly and sustainably. We have a lot in common with Morocco, the people and their crafts. We are STEP Fair Trade certified.
Showroom
In Zurich we run our MY BENI showroom on 400m2 of former industrial space. In addition to the opportunity to look at carpets in real life, the area also serves as an office, for meetings, shoots or events. We are looking forward to your visit!
