This rug is made from 100% natural sheep's wool and is handwoven in Morocco. A flat-weave rug with its low pile is ideal for rooms that need frequent vacuuming, as their flat-weave structure makes them easy to keep clean. We therefore recommend this product especially for use in the dining room, in the hallway, in the children's room or in the kitchen. Of course, flat-woven carpets can also be wonderfully furnished in the living room.
The unique carpet combines traditional carpet weaving art with modern design.
Because it is made by hand, this rug is unique. The imperfections make the piece unique and set it apart from an industrially manufactured product as an original. The natural sheep's wool is a great product with many positive properties.
The crease that you can partially see in the product image is due to storage in Morocco. As soon as the carpet is laid out, this disappears after a few days.
When purchasing a flat-woven rug, we recommend using a suitable, custom -made anti- slip mat .

Each piece is unique

Each of our carpets, be it made to measure or a one-off, is made by hand in Morocco. Each piece is unique. Great designers such as Le Corbusier, Charles and Ray Eames or Alvar Aalto have already appreciated the simplicity and coziness of the hand-knotted masterpieces and have used them in their projects and living spaces. There is not only a lot of wool in one square meter of carpet, but also a lot of skill, time and dedication of the weavers from the Atlas Mountains. After the knotting process, the rugs are combed clean, washed and sheared several times before they are ready for the living room. In every carpet that we are allowed to deliver to our customers there is a piece of Morocco with its very own history
